Registration Obligations, Account Passwords, and Data Confidentiality

Users must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when registering. Users must not provide false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information (e.g., personal information and credit card details). If any such activities are discovered, the company reserves the right to refuse their membership and may suspend or terminate their membership. If the user violates relevant laws in the Republic of China (Taiwan), they will also be legally pursued. Users should properly manage their passwords and must not disclose or provide their passwords to others. All actions taken using the same user ID and password for this Service will be considered actions by the user and the password holder.

If the user is under the age of seven, their parents or legal guardians must apply for membership on their behalf. If the user is between the ages of seven and eighteen, they must have their parents or legal guardians read these terms and obtain their consent before applying, registering, and using the services provided by this Service. Users under eighteen must guarantee that they have obtained their parents’ or guardians’ consent before using this Service.

Usage Regulations and Terms

Regardless of whether registered or not, members and general users must comply with relevant laws in Taiwan when using the services provided by this company and agree not to engage in activities that infringe on others’ rights or violate laws using this Service. Such activities include but are not limited to:

  • Uploading, posting, publishing, or transmitting any defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, obscene, indecent, false, or unlawful content, including text, images, or any form of file.
  • Infringing on others’ reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights and other rights.
  • Violating confidentiality obligations under laws, contracts, or agreements.
  • Attempting to hack into the company’s servers, databases, crack the company’s security mechanisms, or engage in other activities that endanger the security or stability of the company’s services.
  • Engaging in illegal transactions or posting false or misleading information that may lead to criminal activities.
  • Using this Service or other resources provided by this Service, including but not limited to text, images, audio-visual databases, or webpage creation software, for any commercial transactions without explicit written authorization from the company.
  • Selling firearms, drugs, pirated software, or other prohibited items.
  • Providing gambling information or inducing others to participate in gambling in any way.
  • Spamming, sending unsolicited messages, chain letters, illegal multi-level marketing messages, etc.
  • Engaging in any other behavior that this Service reasonably deems inappropriate.

Suspension or Termination of Service

This Service may suspend or interrupt the Service during the replacement, upgrade, or maintenance of related hardware and software equipment on the website. If the company’s website services are suspended due to maintenance or force majeure, causing direct or indirect losses, the company will not be responsible for compensating the losses. If this Service includes or contains downloadable software, the software may automatically update on your device when a new version or new features are provided. In some cases, you may be allowed to adjust your automatic update settings.

If your behavior in using this Service violates any laws, these terms of use, or endangers the rights of the company or third parties, within the scope permitted by Taiwan law, the Service reserves the right to immediately and permanently terminate your authorization to use the Service, with or without prior notice. In addition, the user agrees that if the use of this Service is interrupted or terminated, or if the account and related information and files are closed or deleted, the Service will not be liable to the user or any third party.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their use of this Service and shall bear all responsibilities for the actions and results of using this Service. If users experience or are likely to experience any of the following situations, this Service can, without prior notice, suspend all or part of the user’s access to the Service, deactivate or delete the user’s account, cancel the user’s contract with the Service (including but not limited to the contract established under these terms), or take any other measures that this Service reasonably deems necessary and appropriate:

  • Users violate relevant laws in Taiwan, these terms, or any individual terms.
  • Users are affiliated with or are members of antisocial forces or related parties.
  • Users damage the reputation of this Service by spreading false information, using fraudulent means, or through other illegal activities.
  • Users face or are likely to face seizure, provisional seizure, auction, bankruptcy, civil reorganization, or similar procedures, or this Service reasonably believes that the user’s credit is uncertain.
  • The trust relationship between the user and this Service no longer exists, or for reasons other than those listed in points (1) to (4), this Service reasonably believes it is no longer suitable to provide the Service to the user.
  • If the use of this Service by the user causes the Service to directly or indirectly suffer any loss/damage (including but not limited to the burden of attorney fees) due to third-party claims for damages, the user shall immediately compensate the Service as requested.

Refund Policy

Refund Regulations

For courses that have already been listed, if the student finds the course does not meet their needs within seven days of purchase (including the purchase date) and has not viewed the course (except for trial units), they can request a refund through the “Contact Customer Service” method. (For private courses, the refund method is stipulated by the private course contract.) The refund operation will only refund the actual amount spent. If the original order used discount vouchers or points to offset the purchase, these will not be refunded.

Refund Method

Refund by remittance: If you made the purchase via ATM transfer or convenience store payment, the refund will be processed by remittance. Those who choose to refund by remittance must bear a handling fee of 30 TWD.

Purchase Notice

According to the Civil Code of Taiwan, persons without legal capacity (such as minors under seven years of age) must have their legal representatives make purchases on their behalf. Persons with limited legal capacity (aged seven but under eighteen) must obtain the consent of their legal representatives before purchasing the course. Once you register and indicate “agree to the purchase notice,” it means that you have agreed to fully comply with all the contents of this purchase notice; if you are a person without legal capacity or with limited legal capacity as defined by the Civil Code of Taiwan, it is considered that the purchase was made by your legal representative or that your legal representative has consented to the purchase.

Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

According to Facebook’s policy, we must provide “Facebook Data Deletion Instructions.” If you wish to delete the Facebook login application data on this platform, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the “Settings & Privacy” menu of your Facebook account and click “Settings.”
  2. Scroll down and click “Apps and Websites.”
  3. Find and click on this application (Calligraphy).
  4. Click the “Remove” button to successfully delete your application activity.
