Entering this practice requires intention and a mutual alignment of expectations. To honor the preparation, the environment, and the limited capacity of our gatherings, the following boundaries have been established.
In-Person Gatherings and Corporate Immersions
When a reservation is made for an offline session—whether a seasonal gathering, a specialized corporate retreat, or a combined sound and calligraphy journey—space, materials, and facilitation are exclusively secured.
- Notice of Change: Adjustments or cancellations made well in advance (e.g., 14 days prior) may be eligible for a transfer to a future gathering or a partial refund, minus an administrative curation fee.
- Finalized Commitment: As the event date approaches, preparations are finalized. Refunds are not granted for late cancellations, reduced headcount, or absences, ensuring the integrity of the planned experience remains intact for all present.
Digital Courses and Archives
Digital enrollment grants immediate entry into the practice, including comprehensive video demonstrations and downloadable materials.
- Access: Due to the instant nature of these resources, digital tuitions are non-refundable once accessed. Prospective students are deeply encouraged to utilize complimentary materials to ensure the teaching style aligns with their goals before making a formal commitment.
Privacy Protocol
The information shared during the application process and the reflections offered within a session are treated with strict discretion.
- Information Usage: Details collected during the intake process are utilized exclusively to assess mutual fit, prepare the appropriate atmosphere, and communicate logistical details.
- Protection: Contact information, corporate details, and personal correspondence are kept entirely internal. We do not distribute, sell, or share this information with external entities.
- Shared Space: Any personal insights, creative expressions, or organizational strategies discussed within the boundaries of a workshop or 1:1 session remain strictly confidential to that environment.
